I salute you for that. ^_^ The sociable plug-in sucks just like in my website. I had deleted the plug-in but it is still there.

  2. Hi Norman, that was very interesting and I enjoyed the read. I love raspberries and knew they were good for you, but didn’t realize how good!

I’ve never seen the gold, purple or black versions. Then again, this makes sense given that I have come across other fruits and vegetables with unusual colors, such as purple carrots.

  4. I knew I liked raspberries for a reason! I have actually been on a major fruit kick lately buying big bags of frozen mixed fruit and eating by the bowl fulls. But my favorite is the raspberries and pineapple 🙂 So many benefits for women. I am glad I found this information, and am bookmarking your site, as I see you have so much to offer. I do have one question, with all these benefits, how much do you really need to consume to see them?

  7. Oh my goodness I LOVE raspberries!! They can really get expensive in the stores so I actually planted some this past spring to take it upon myself to get the amount that I wanted! The goal this year was to get the plants to survive (since my father in-law had given them to me from his garden). They are a very hardy plant (which is good for me haha), they not only survived but produced! Can’t wait to see what we get next season! I do have a question, you say a health benefit is, “promotes Women’s health”. That is kind of broad. Is there specifics to what it’s benefiting in a woman that it wouldn’t in a man?
