I love Cantaloupes but I never realized the health benefits. I must admit I have always thought of them as having little nutritional value. We call them Rock Melons in Australia. I also love the Honeydew melon. It is sweeter than the Cantaloupe. I will have to start eating more of them and it definitely will be a tasty way to get some extra nutritional value into my diet.

I didn’t know that China is the biggest melon producer. I always liked cantaloupe, it’s very refreshing i could say and also kids like them too. Kids can be difficult when it comes to fruits but in general they like cantaloupe.
