  1. Interesting facts about carrots and information that I could look into about the benefits.

I never knew that carrots could be so beneficial. First time I’ve read about most of the benefits.

Do you have any links to research that gives more details on how carrots work to, for example, reduce cholesterol, fight leukemia, etc… or other benefits?

  4. Hello, N,

I love carrots sautée. That has been my preferred choice of side order ever since I was a child.

Your article is very good and informative

Colors and great pictures are very appealing.

I also like the fact that you inserted a fun section there.

Not diving too deeply in the tech/nutrition stuff makes it popularly understandable.

    Cheers!

  5. Carrots, beautiful carrots! I eat and munch and chew on them every day!

I love to juice them and then dehydrate the pulp which I sprinkle on my food for extra fibre. Don’t do it all the time as I’d have mountains of the stuff!

Funnily enough, I’ve never been real successful in growing them. I want to as otherwise I’m always chasing organic which isn’t always available. Got any ideas?

  6. I love carrots, and first thing that comes to mind is that they help vision. I really never knew there were so many different kinds of carrots! And the meals you show look absolutely yummy. I did not know you could eat the green tops, but I don’t know if that is something I would want to do anyway, lol. And thankfully, I don’t eat too many as I don’t want orange skin!

  7. I always knew carrots and potatoes were good for you but I always thought it was just because they were vegetables. My moms voice saying “eat your vegetables” as a kid is burned into my memory. Now I say it to my kids all the time. With all the chemicals being used today, I guess I should be more observant of what I am eating and why. Great info on the benefits here. thanks.
