  1. Hey Norman, I just went through your website and I really like it. And thx for your article, it is very informative and interesting. It is indeed very easy to make a juice, I think I will make one today. During the time I went to school my parents made me a fresh juice every morning. I think that is the best way to give you power for the day. What is your favorite juice?

  2. I really enjoyed your page. It was very informative in a gentle way. You are right on target. Many of us are still junk food junkies and easily forget about the outcomes. I appreciate how you presented this. You did not scare me off with fat pictures instead you gently explained that certain laws must be followed to be healthy. You explained how most of the problem is not enough nutrients. I immediately thought, I guess it isn’t all my fault. The food I am eating just doesn’t have nutrients. I am ok with that. Then you presented an immediate way to get those nutrients. This is good writing. You are really thinking about your audience and how your presentation will affect them. Great Job!

  3. I have done juice cleanses in the past but it mostly made me feel weak and hungry. Is it still beneficial if you do it once a day every day instead of going to the extremes of what I have done in the past? What fruits give you the most energy would you say?

    • Hello Guy thanks for sharing, Juicing is a great way to get all of those vitamins that are bodies naturally. If you prefer you can juice cleanse 3 times out of the week like Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays and then you can take a break.

I would do a juice cleanse 4-6 times out of the month spacing them out to maintain my bodies energy and then take a break before I start again. Here are some fruits that gives energy, blueberries, bananas, apples, strawberries, oranges, melons, pineapples, grapefruits. There are more but these are just a few that you can try.

Hope this helps, all the best to you my good friend and have a good day.

  5. Being in the same niche as you, I really like how you presented all of the sides of juicing here that includes all the benefits and ugly side of healthy juicing. Although, I believe that the ugly side of juicing can be fixed by not putting in those things that are high in sugar and saturated fat. You can still make fresh juice without those things and that’s why your website is great because it has options for people to try and therefore experiment with the ingredients they want to mix when it comes to juicing. Great job!

  6. Health and nutrition are high on the agenda for many people today and everyone is in a hurry. As you point out in your web-site, this is a simple and quick way to get a lot of nutrition in a quick drink..
I like the fact that your site is simply laid out and easy to follow, without too much verbiage, It is uncluttered and that makes it easy to go back and find the bits you want to re-read.
I find that I often include a little raw green veg like spinach which makes it very tasty mixed with other things.
A good quick reference point for us all.

  7. I am really pleased you wrote this post. Diet is vital to our health but people still eat takeaways and fast foods full of fat and sugar. I agree it is very important to eat a well-balanced diet of fruits and vegetables. I have never gotten into juicing as I enjoy eating whole fruits and vegetable. Are you referring to vitamising the entire fruit? If you only extract the juice and throw the rest away how are you getting the roughage you need in your diet?

    • Hello Margaret it is so good to see you again my dare lady. And the question you have asked is a good question. The remains from the fruits and vegetables can always be used by mixing them with lets say powered supplements. Thanks for commenting, I hope this helps, all the best to you and have a good day.

  8. You have done very well with your website with healthy juicing. My sister and I do a lot of mixing vegies.Very good juice.I like the way you have your pictures and the information that goes with them. There is one thing I did not see is that the juice will also detox your liver which you need to do from time to time. Other wise very well done.

    • Hello Matt it is so good to meet you and I am glad that I could help. Nothing like a fresh class of juice that can benefit the body in so many ways. Amazon has some really cool ones that you can take a look at or maybe you can try one of the stores in your area. Hope this helps, all the best to you and have a good day.

  10. I agree, especially with drinking fruits and vegetable juices as a way to curb hunger. Sometimes eating them raw just doesn’t taste very good but over cooking removes many nutrients. My mom used to tell me the same thing, to wash fruits and vegetables because they could have pesticides or other preservative chemicals on them. Thanks for sharing, this would be easy to understand for people who buy these drinks.

  12. Hello Norman,

Great post, I like the simple way you presents your article, eating healthy is a must to who wants to stay always in shape like me, I am vegetarian for a long time & I know how is juices important & delicious, but I always prefer to eat as I read somewhere that when you blend fruit it loses some vitamins & fibers so I preferred to eat the fruits what do you think?.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Cheers, Ehab

    • Hello Ehab and thanks for commenting, while it may be true that you will get all of the vitamins and fiber as you consume your fruits, you can always use the remains of your fruits and add them to oats, this makes a healthy breakfast. Now I know that this may be a bit more work but you will still be getting your fiber. Hope this helps, all the best to you and have a day.

  13. Great article Norman!! Great website too!! Recently I have been trying to eat the right foods. Having a busy lifestyle means having to plan and prepare my meals ahead. Sometimes that is a problem in itself, as I don’t always have time – something I need to work on. However, I love my fruits and vegetables and as your article mentions, juicing them, is a great way to consume them more easily – it’ll save me time as well as I can prepare and store large amounts well in advance. My question is, in so doing, will the juice lose its ‘value’ if kept for longer than a day?
    Thanks
    Jackie

    • Good morning Jacqueline it is good to meet you, thanks for those kind words. Now as for that question, as long as you allow to remain in the fridge for about a day or two shake well and drink you will be just fine. Hope this helps, all the best to you and have a good day.
