Interesting, I had heard of Coco plum from some friends and very glad I read this article. I’m quite impressed that it has so many health benefits. I live in Canada and winters can be harsh… I really would love to grow this. Any idea how I can do this?
I see it is rich in vitamins and have a friend who has macular degeneration. I’ll certainly let her know about your article.
Ya… nature at it’s finest… much better than ingesting chemicals.
Hello Monica so nice to meet you and I am so happy that I could help, it is really amazing what coco plums can do so small but full of so much vitamins. What you can do is consider growing a few in containers and moving them around when it gets really cold. Here is a post that you can take a look at and feel free to have a look around on my website because there are other articles that I am sure will help you with this project. Please let me know how it goes and wishing you the best of garden success.
