  1. Hi Norman,
What a wonderful article, and a beautiful looking page!

I have never heard of the Moringa tree, or maybe I know it by another name. Is it a tropical tree? Now, I’ll have to do some research on it, thanks. It sort of resembles a tropical tree I am familiar with.

Thanks for listing all the wonderful nutrients to be found in this tree. What a treasure trove. All of these ingredients lead to a healthier lifestyle, and very in keeping with my life of keeping it all natural!

  2. Wow! There certainly are a lot of health benefits of the moringa plant. I once bought the ground up leaves of the moringa tree. It was easy to use this way as I would just sprinkle the powder over my food. I tried the pods at one time as well. It had an extremely sweet taste that stuck in your throat. I had to drink a lot of water immediately after. It wasn’t a terrible experience but I think I prefer the powdered form.

Thanks for reminding me of all these wonderful benefits. I think I need to get another packet soon.
