Hi, I have experience with leaf blowers, I tend to like horse power and wind speed. I had lived in Southern California, they passed ordinances that required low emission and quite leaf blowers. Then my choice if I am restricted by the choice then it would be amps and wind speed. There is the problem of what is available at your local supply store.
