  1. I did not know there were so many benefits with onions! Good thing I love them. I can cut up an onion, cook it in the frying pan and then eat the whole thing. They are great.   3. Okay, -I’ve been planning to start a veggie garden this summer, and I’ve considered everything I could think of, but I confess I’ve never thought about growing onions!
    I love onions! I love them in soups, with sausages on bread, and everything possible! Yum!
    In fact, the only thing that I don’t like about them is that they hurt my eyes when I’m chopping them up. Are they very hard to grow?

I will eat them cooked or in a salad and the amazing thing is the vitamins that they contain and how they are beneficial in what they can do.
