  1. I really did not know there were so many benefits of peanuts. I do not like nuts, at all. BUT, I do like peanuts and cashews. How many peanuts should you eat a day to help with heart health and fighting cancer? These are always concerns of mine that just kind of stay at the back of my mind. Anything I can do to combat these two issues, is a plus. I surely don’t know about eating a peanut cake tho 🙂 and 540 peanuts in a jar of peanut butter, wow. That means that it is really made of just peanuts. I do love a good peanut butter and jelly sandwich on white bread!

  2. Peanut is actually a great nutrent and everyone (unless you have lethal allergy) should consume in proper amounts.

But it’s also rich in fat and shouldn’t be considered ore than enough because it’s one of those foods that can get you fat easily and make your skin go oily. And it’s so tasty that kinda gets you addicted quickly :d At least that’s true for me

  3. Hi Norman, the last thing I ate was a peanut butter sandwich, I never realized how healthy peanuts are. Nothing better than a good satay sauce too…yummy. I never realized peanuts were an antioxidant either. Do you think there could be any other health benefits from peanuts? Surely there has to be more.
    Cheers Matt
