Interesting article on the health benefits of oranges and grapes, I do eat grapes regularly but oranges not as much.
Many people take vitamin c who do not consume enough oranges, do you think this will give you as many health benefits as consuming oranges?
Grapes are also filling, so good for maintaining good weight as well.
It may, but for me i just like to go natural. Fresh oranges is the way to go in my opinion, some times i do take vitamin c and eat oranges, i mix it up some times. Hope this helps, have a good day.

I find that when I buy a big bag of oranges, like this week, and eat them of course, I tend to lose a ‘very’ little bit of weight. I am also diabetic, so it is good to know that I am not getting too much sugar by eating them.
I didn’t know about the insecticides, though. I know that in recipes it is very common for it to call for a teaspoon or so of orange peel.
When my Aunt lived in California with much of our family, I know that they did indeed splice lemons or grapefruit onto her orange tree.

Great article about oranges. Oranges are one of my favourite fruits. I didn’t know that oranges have so much health bennefits for our bodies. That is amazing. If people would eat much more fruits and less junk food the would be much healthier and they wouldn’t have to go to doctor often.

My brother-in-law has a grafted grapefruit and orange tree and it is delicious. Their tree was the first one I had ever seen or heard of. Quite cool indeed!
I’ve heard that iron pills should be taken with a glass of orange juice, but I don’t know if that is true or an old wives’ tale.
