Wow!! I had no idea how beneficial Thyme is to your health. I’m really thinking I should start using it for my health. I love your tea recipe. I think I’m gonna try the one with ginger. We make a lot of ginger tea and that would be great to add to it. Do you have a recipe for that Lemon Thyme Chicken pictured on your page? That looks delicious!

Thank you for this very informative post. I know about the health benefits of green tea but I was not aware how thyme is equally beneficial. I specifically like how thyme can actually relieve menstrual cramps.
Most women suffer from this problem every month and it would be really nice to find a natural remedy instead of having to take some medications just to relieve the pain.
I’m just wondering how it tastes like; is it bitter or have some after taste? Does it also act as laxative?
Hello so nice to meet you and I am so happy that i could help. Thyme tea is really amazing and can do wonders. This tea takes getting use to but the good part is that it is so beneficial. As far as a laxative is concerned it depends on the individual and their system. Hope this helps. All the best to you and have a good day.
