  1. I’ve been tuned into the benefits of celery for a while now. I try to eat several raw stalks each day. It is well known to lower one’s blood pressure. Also, it is a critical component of that old favorite: Homemade chicken soup, otherwise known as Jewish Penicillin. We always buy organic celery; it definitely does taste better.

  3. I think your site is engaging and well organized. It is very informative to people who are just getting into healthier eating as well, starting gardening. The color scheme is easy on the eyes, and the wording flows nicely. Where did you get all the information from? Did you just know all that stuff or did you have ideas and researched to elaborate?

    • Hello Terry thanks for those very kind words, I have spent the last 21 years in the field of landscape, interior plantscape and as a nurseryman besides the many training and courses that I took up. Some one once said to me never stop learning for learning stops, so beside all of my years and training in the field i still do a lot of reading. Again thanks for the follow and have a good evening.

  4. Celery is always fun to play around with in foods. It gives foods that extra taste of greenery. You can always rest assured knowing you have a bit of added nutrients into your meal when cooking with celery too. I like celery and peanut butter as a snack (haha as i’m sure most people do).
