Thank you for this review on teas. I start drinking a lot of tea recently , but I never thought of its benefits individually. for example, I was aware that fresh mint tea is a good digestive,but I was pleased to find out that it also relieves aches and pains, helps to prevent cancer, clears up lungs, nose and throat congestion.
I agree that ginger tea is the best alongside with lemon for cold and flu symptoms.
