Organic Tea Benefits

Going Healthy Tea Benefits Organic

I have written several articles on organic products not only because of the great interest that these products have sparked but because of their many health benefits. As I have discussed before organic products are products that are raised or grown without the use of harmful products.

Harmful products such as chemicals, pesticide, synthetic fertilizer and other materials that may be life-threatening.

  1. I am definitely a tea lover. However, My biggest reason to drink tea is it’s warming effect. I do suffer so much from cold and humid climate that a cup of hot tea is heavenly gift. For the healthy effects I use green tea with ginger and afterwards I add some squeezed lemon juice. I also drink balsamic herbal tea whenever I have a sore throat, that’s wonderful.

Thank you for letting me know of some teas that I didn’t know yet, I’ll try them out. Just one thing I was surprised, I thought that black tea was unhealthy or at least without any health benefits’, nice to know that’s not the case.
    Cheers

  2. I’m a true fan of green tea due to all the great benefits found in one tea bag. However, after reading this review I’m clearly missing out on some other teas which boast an amazing amount of benefits as well. I think I will give Matcha tea a try. Do you have any recommendations for the best flavor or brand for Matcha Tea?

  3. I switched to using green tea a few years ago and the benefits were great. I lost a little weight and felt less bloated in general.

What are the reported side effects from non organic products? I have heard things like cancer and other diseases can be linked to pesticides in food is this true?

    • Hello Criag it is so good to meet you and thanks for commenting, Green teas are really great and has all sorts of benefits. It is a proven fact that non-organic products has many side effects, from using, pesticide and other harmful products.

These products are used to help speed up the process of plant and animal growth so that they can be sold to the consumers. But a lot of people are getting wise to this fact, and is going in the other (organic direction) direction.

Hope this helps, all the best to you and have a good day.

  4. I honestly haven’t drink tea in a long time. I usually wake up and just quickly eat my cereal and it will be that for the morning. Certainly wasn’t aware of the health benefits of drinking tea after reading your article. How long have you been drinking your tea? I’m going to go to the nearest grocery store and buy me some tea. Appreciate that you shared valuable information

  5. My husband and I have really been focusing on trying to change to an organic diet. We see too much the problems it is causing people, especially children. This is why I made my own baby food for my son. However, I didn’t think I had to worry about tea…. Stupid me I guess….. Now I will definitely look into the brands you suggested.

  6. Hey,
Tea is one of my favorite drinks. I don’t really drink coffee that much anyway. I tend to drink more tea in the winter than any other season mainly because of the many colds and viruses that goes around during the cold months. I just started drinking organic tea maybe a year ago. I knew it had to have benefits but I know what they are now from your post. Thanks for the information.

  7. Thanks for the great information on all these different teas. I’ve heard of all of these types of tea before other than Iaso. I really like to try new tea flavors and since I’ve never heard of this one I’m curious if you have a particular recommendation on where to get it. It looks like it has some great benefits as well, I think the memory boost will be a boon for me since I can never find my keys in the morning.

I saw your link up top to find the Black Tea, but I don’t see anything similar for the Iaso. Can you point me to your favorite Iaso tea somewhere online so I can give it a try?

  8. My family and I have gone organic. Since we have been eating healthy I think I will suggest some Green Tea. I like black tea too and the health benefits are amazing. I agree that more people should be taking advantage of all the antioxidants in tea. I think Matcha Tea would great for my father. I never heard of Iaso Tea but I like that it fights parasites.
