The Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar
Vinegar has been used for thousands of years by so many cultures worldwide including ancient Babylonia, the Romans, Egyptians, and so on. The uses of vinegar are not new and have proven to be very effective.
How is vinegar produced?
The process by which vinegar is produced is through fermentation, this is brought about when yeast changes natural sugars to alcohol. Produce such as apples, grapes, barley, and corn are some of the mean sources used in the fermentation process.
After the fermentation process, water is added to the alcohol. What happens next is bacteria converts or breaks down the alcohol into acid. Then the vinegar goes through a blending and filtration process to further bring perfection.

Very interesting post, I’ve tried so hard to like to drink all the Apple Cider Vinegar concoctions on the internet but can’t seem to get past the taste. I’ve tried it with honey, tried it watered down….it seems to burn my esophagus.
What do you suggest to put this with that is low calorie and sugar free to make this taste better?
Hello Pam it it so good to meet you and I surely do feel your pain. Congratulations on a job well done. I can see already that your site is already well-built and contains so much essential information on gardening. I has so much wealth of information on that particular topic, and I guess that is a testament to your years of experience in the field. The question that I have in mind as I went through your various gardening recommendations is whether or not you also incorporated various climate and climate changes in your recommendations? It would be nice to also include these so for those of us in the tropics we would be able to adapt and have a better outcome.

Your post is right up my alley! I am a big advocate of Apple Cider Vinegar! It is definitely hard to swallow and I would mix it with water and sometimes honey. I would have to take it three times a day because it was so strong. But I felt that it did detoxify the body and made me feel generally better! After reading, I should get back into the habit. Took a break for a little while.

I am a huge fan and advocate of Apple Cider Vinegar – I take Braggs ACV daily. At first, I found the taste to be awful, almost impossible to get down, but now I take 2 teaspoons in warm water and manage to get it down without too much difficulty.
I’ve read many articles on the use of ACV and am always pleased to see that across the board, ACV is recognised as having many health benefits.
Hello, Joanne is so good to meet you and yes apple cider vinegar has gain so much popularity because of its many uses. Glad that I help, all the best to you and have a good day.
Hey, Norman!
I’ve never been a big fan of vinegar or even pickled foods. But this apple cider vinegar really has some unique health benefits. 🙂
I actually suffer from high blood pressure at the moment and I’m also in the process of trying to lose weight. So taking a teaspoon of this apple cider vinegar will definitely help. Some of the other benefits sound great, like digestion system improvement and also teeth whitening.
However, how does this vinegar taste? Is it overpowering like normal vinegar or does the apple taste make it a little sweeter, making it easier to consume?
Cheers
Neil
