Fruits are natural healers

Just as veggies have their share of Vitamins and benefits, so do fruits. I have done extensive research and discovered that adding fruits to one’s diet can help to prevent and combat many illnesses the natural way.

I believe this is the way to go because many drugs that are produced today have so many side effects. But if we include fruits in our diet our bodies will be healthy and strong therefore we will not have any issues with poor health.

Having the best of both worlds

By including fruits in our diet we get the best of both worlds as we discussed earlier. We consume those vitamins and receive those healing properties that fruits contain. So then it only makes sense to take advantage of these natural healers. Now that is something to get excited about.

  1. Wow all these recipes are making me hungry ! ( and surprisingly thirsty haha ) I do get that fruits are really good for our health, but sometimes I suppose I can’t resist and end up adding some extra ingredients in there like sugar or even chocolate ( don’t judge me ). Sometimes the fruits are more sour than sweet though, is there any way around that?

  2. What I love to do with my fruit salad is give a squeeze of lemon juice on top. It is rather sour but I love that taste on top of sweet ripe fruits. I noticed you put orange juice as a dressing on the salad. That’s sound pretty interesting and I want to definitely give it a try. Fruit is healthy, fresh and really does keep you full for a good amount off time.
