Painted Lady Butterfly History
The painted lady butterfly is popular among garden butterflies, this beautiful lady can be identified by pale orange on the upper wing tip, blacktips can be found on forewings marked with spots that are white. A great read. I see these butterflies in my garden alot during the summer, though I never realised they were called painted lady butterflies, but it was nice to learn more about them.
I have bought one of these kits before when my sons were younger and it was fascinating to see the catapillars transform into butterflies and was very educational for the kids.
Butterflies really are pretty with their colourful patterns, I didn’t know that wasps was one of their main enemies good job they can camoflage.
